She is particularly interested in cross-disciplinary projects that bring together artistic practice, spatial sound, research and lived experience. She is drawn to contexts where technology is used meaningfully: not as spectacle, but as a material condition that can change how a work is felt, encountered or shared.

Helena is especially interested in methods of creating that begin from a shared starting point and develop through testing, listening and exchange, allowing the form of the work to emerge rather than imposing a predetermined outcome from the outset.
